Shipping Policy

We only sell what we have in stock, and it will take 2 to 4 business days to ship as long as there are no alterations needed. We use USPS so you can receive your beautiful outfit in between 3 to 5 business days.

For certain occasions such as weddings, we do order customized outfits and we discuss timelines in advance to ensure you receive your outfit in time for trial. Any adjustment can be made before your big day.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange within 4 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition to qualify for a return. We will NOT exchange or provide store credit after this period under any circumstance.

We will NOT accept any used or worn items back under any circumstances. We will NOT be able to take returns on customized or altered orders and clearance items.

 

A 15%  restocking fee will apply to returned items. Return shipping charges must be paid by customers. Thank you!
